 Property:Yellow or reddish yellow powder, when exposed to light and easy to change. Melting point (ºC): 888. Boiling Point (°C): 1535. The relative density (water=1): 9.53. Insoluble in water, insoluble in ethanol, and dissolved in nitric aci, acetic acid, hot lye.

Application

Application :
1 used for making PVC plastic stabilizer. It is the raw material of other lead salts.

2. Used for manufacturing high refractive index optical glass, ceramic glaze, precision machine tool plane grinding agent,

3. Lead glass and anti-radiation rubber products for electron tube, picture tube, optical glass and anti-X-ray;

4. Used for chemical analysis, such as determination of gold and silver, precipitation of amino acids.

5. Used for lead plating and preparation of soluble lead salts in alloys, such as lead fluoroborate;

6. Lead soap made from oil in the paint industry, and used in petroleum, rubber, glass, enamel and other industries
