Microcrystalline wax, white amorphous non-crystalline solid wax, With C31-70 branched saturated hydrocarbon-based, with a small amount of cyclic, straight-chain hydrocarbon, odorless and tasteless. Insoluble in ethanol, slightly soluble in hot ethanol,soluble in benzene,ether and the like; with a variety of mineral wax, vegetable wax, and hot fat oil solubility.Mainly in residual oil fractionated as raw materials, refined the legal system.
Application
1. Concentrated master and filling masterbatch. It is widely used in polyolefin masterbatch as dispersing agent. It is soluble in polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene and other resins, and has excellent external lubrication and internal lubrication.
2. PVC profile, pipe, composite stabilizer in PVC profile, pipe, pipe fittings, PE.PP molding process as dispersant, lubricant and brightener, enhance the degree of plasticization, improve the toughness and surface smoothness of plastic products. And it is widely used in the production of PVC composite stabilizer.
3 ink light resistance and chemical performance is good, can be used as a pigment carrier, can improve the wear resistance of paint, ink, improve the dispersion of pigments and fillers, has a good anti-settlement effect, can be used as paint, ink smooth agent, so that products have good luster and three-dimensional.
4. Wax products are widely used in the production of floor wax, automobile wax, glazing wax, candles, crayons and other wax products to improve the softening point of wax products, increase its strength and surface gloss.
5. Rubber as a rubber processing aid, can enhance the diffusion of filler, improve the extrusion molding rate, increase the flow of the mold, release convenience, improve the surface brightness and smoothness of the product after film removal.
