Application

In food production, it is used as emulsifier, potassium fortifier, flavoring agent, meat binder. Tri-Potassium Phosphate helps stabilize, thicken and regulate the acidity and moisture in foods. It can be used in ham, cooked minced meat, low concentrated mike powder, dilute cream, processed cheese and cold drink.

It is an acidity regulator and chelating agent. 

In medicine area, it has a diuretic effect and act as a laxative.
