5.Character: It is blue crystals, crystalline granules, or powder. It effloresces slowly in dry air and is freely soluble in water, soluble in glycerin, and slightly soluble in alcohol.
6. Usage: It is used as nutritional supplement, antimicrobial agent, firming agent and processing aid.
7. Packing: It is packed with plastic bag as inner layer, and a compound plastic woven bag as the outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.
