1. In Food Industry:
- The most common food use of Sodium Benzoate is in soft drinks, salad dressings, jams, fruit juices, condiments and many other items.
2. Other Applications:
- In addition to acting as a preservative in food sources, Sodium Benzoate is used to extend the shelf life of toothpaste, deodorant, mouthwash, shampoo, lotions, ointments, medicinal syrups or pills.
