    Zinc sulfate is colorless or white rhomboid crystal or powder at room temperature, soluble in water. The aqueous solution is acidic and slightly soluble in ethanol and glycerol. Pure zinc sulfate will not turn yellow in the air for a long time, and will turn into a white powder in dry air. There are many kinds of hydrates: zinc sulfate heptahydrate is a stable hydrate in the range of 0 to 39 ° C, zinc sulfate hexahydrate in the range of 39 to 60 ° C, and zinc sulfate monohydrate in the range of 60 to 100 ° C.
