5,Character: It is white crystalline powder or block, odorless, slight bitter. Relative density is 1.582. Melting point is 324ºC. It has strong moisture absorption and highly dissolves in water. 
 6,Usage: It is used as buffering agent, seasoning reagent, etc..
7,Packing:It is packed with polythene bag as inner layer and polywoven bag as the outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.

Applications

1. Determination of lead, zinc, aluminum, iron, cobalt, antimony, nickel and tin. Complexation stabilizers. Adjuvant of acetylation, buffer, desiccant, mordant. 
2. It is used for the determination of lead, zinc, aluminum, iron, cobalt, antimony, nickel and tin. It is used as an esterifying agent for organic synthesis and photographic drugs, medicine, printing and dyeing mordants, buffers, chemical reagents, meat preservatives, pigments, tanning and many other aspects.
3. Used as buffer, flavoring, flavor enhancer and pH adjuster. As a buffer for flavoring agents, 0.1%-0.3% can be used to alleviate undesirable odors and prevent discoloration and improve flavor. It has a certain anti-mildew effect, such as using 0.1%-0.3% in minced fish products and bread. It can also be used as an acidulant for sauces, sauerkraut, mayonnaise, fish cakes, sausages, breads, sticky cakes, etc. It is mixed with methylcellulose, phosphate, etc., and is used to improve the preservation of sausages, bread, sticky cakes, etc.
4. It is used as an anti-scorch agent for sulfur-regulated neoprene coking, and the dosage is generally 0.5 mass parts. It can also be used as a crosslinker for animal glue.
5. This product can be used for the addition of alkaline electroplating tin, but it has no obvious effect on the plating and electroplating process, and is not a necessary ingredient. Sodium acetate is often used as a buffer, e.g. for acid zinc plating, alkaline tin plating and electroless nickel plating.
